so i have to start my journey all over again. after going away to college, i put on a few pounds that are inevitable with freshman year. i have about a month and a half to lose a few pounds. my goal is to start all over and become a strict vegan again. my ultimate goal is to lose about 15 pounds before i go back to school.
- walk my dogs every morning for about an hour
- fruit smoothies for breakfast and dinner
- mixed greens with veggies and flaxseed oil
- if i work my banquet serving job, bring larabars to prevent myself from snacking
- run 2 miles everyday
- ntc workout every other day
