new decision!
i’m going to start running. its the only way to get a good amount of cardio without doing ridiculous exercises in my living room. its happening. i’m going to go for a run every morning and take a picture of my nike+gps with my ipod and post it on here to remain consistant. its too late to go running now, but tomorrow is a new day. i also want to cut out carbs of my diet. completely. i eat too many of them and that’s when my calorie budget is blown out of the water. tomorrow is a new day. baby steps are key my friends.
