sometimes, you just get really down on yourself. but this isn’t a healthy mentality to have. i understand this feeling way too much, but its about uplifting attitudes and taking action rather than beating yourself up

- quinoa burger with lettuce, tomato, red onion and no bun
- gluten free and wheat free chocolate chip cookie
